Like all “great ponds,” the official designation of lakes in New Hampshire, Newfound Lake offers public access for fishing and boating year round. Grey Rocks Conservation Area, at the north end of the late, offers a launch-site for non-motorized boats. A state-owned launch site for both power and non-motorized vessels is located at Wellington State Park on the western shore.
Newfound Kayak Club – Connect with fellow kayakers who paddle this lake. Membership is free. “We are an active, friendly club of kayakers of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to have fun paddling on Newfound Lake, its estuaries and its lazy rivers…”
