PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE
It’s an exciting time for NLRA. Toward the end of 2021 we will celebrate 50 years as an organization. Over the past half-century we’ve accomplished so much: water quality monitoring, watershed planning, stormwater management, land conservation, community programs, youth education and so much more!
We’re looking to our next 50 years and updating the NLRA strategic plan and we need your help.
The input of our community—our members and supporters, partners, and neighbors—is vitally important in shaping our organization’s future and envisioning and achieving the Newfound Lake and Watershed we wish to see in the coming decades.
Over the past several weeks, NLRA hosted four discussion workshops to gather community input. Notes and recordings of each workshop are below. The conversation isn’t over! You can share your thoughts on the future of NLRA and the Newfound Watershed by emailing Executive Director Rebecca Hanson: Rebecca@NewfoundLake.org.
